HELLENiQ ENERGY has officially unveiled Enerwave, the new corporate identity of Elpedison, following the acquisition of 100% of its share capital.
The companies ExxonMobil, Energean, and HELLENiQ ENERGY announce the Farm-In Agreement for ExxonMobil’s participation in the Block 2 concession, located in the northwestern Ionian Sea, adjacent to the Italian Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ).
The offer was submitted today as per Τender rules.
New wind and solar projects exceeding 400 MW expand the Company’s footprint in the region and drive progress toward its RES targets. At the same time, the addition of 366 MWh of BESS energy storage serves as a strategic enabler for creating flexible, resilient, and high-value renewable energy systems.
